Thank you for your interest in Pearsall Appraisals. Pearsall Appraisals was founded in 1980 to service real estate appraising needs in the New Orleans SMSA.

We are a woman-owned corporation comprised of 2 people presently - a wife and husband team.

In early 1990, we spent 3 years appraising in Austin, Texas, but have otherwise always been involved in the New Orleans SMSA.

Our experience and certification is for single/family, condo and small multi-family residential properties, conventional or FHA qualified. We are fully EDI Capable.
